Here’s a quick update to a post we published earlier today about Slick and Flicker.

“We are surprised at how well it’s gone. [They’ve] gone out several times, they know their door, ate dinner, played, slept, etc. It’s so much for them but they are great. You would be so pleased.”

And pleased we are. We seriously couldn’t be more thrilled for these two dogs and so incredibly grateful for Shelley and J for opening their hearts and homes to two really, really special dogs with special needs. Words will never be able to convey how grateful we are to them and all the adopters out there that adopt and give these dogs a chance.

It may have taken two years to find them a home but sometimes finding perfect takes a little while.

Today is an emotional day but an amazing day. They will be so loved and well cared for and we couldn’t ask for anything better. Here are some pics of their new digs and their new family. Like I said before, these dogs so deserved this.
